MRT stations have become so commonplace that having one is no longer special. Rather it’s unique to have a station that is just below your residence.

Due to the Thomson East Coast Line, Lentor Modern will be enhanced further. TEL links to a number of key destinations, including Orchard, Marina Bay, and eventually the airport, with 32 stations dispersed across 42 kilometres of rail line.

Shorter travelling time in future

Drivers may currently go more quickly via SLE, which is located approximately 1 km from Lentor Modern or the future North-South Corridor with an exit and entry ramp close by.

According to LTA, the North-South Corridor will save travel time by about 30%.

To be fair to those that met our “integrated” criteria, we would like to reclassify them as “Fully Integrated,” for example, The Centris in Jurong.

Pricing for Lentor Modern right now will be looking at an average of $2,1xx PSF.

Given that it is an integrated development, despite a 20% premium above non-integrated properties, it is not too far off from the rest of the new launches in the vicinity.
