Looking back, for an Executive Condo launching at a projected average price of $1,3xx per square foot is definitely something we cannot think of, I mean, who expects an Executive Condo to break the $1,100 psf mark?

Copen Grand EC won’t be the first EC to breach the $1,100 per square foot barrier, though; most recently, North Gaia at Yishun did it. The real question is where the $1,000 threshold will be established.

I don’t think I need to remind you of the outrageous inflation rate. And a so-called mass market property nowadays costs more than $2,000 per square foot, as well as more HDB are shifting hands for over millions dollars.
